Principal's Message
Dear Roynon Families,
As we prepare for the upcoming school year, I am excited to take this opportunity to introduce myself as the new principal of Roynon. It is with great enthusiasm and a deep sense of responsibility that I take on this role, dedicated to fostering a nurturing and enriching educational environment for all our students.
Allow me to share a little about myself: I come to Roynon with 17 years of experience in education, serving in various capacities that have shaped my commitment to student success and community engagement. I believe that every child can succeed. My approach to leadership is rooted in collaboration, transparency, and the belief that every child deserves a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
At Roynon, we uphold a strong tradition of academic excellence, combined with a holistic approach to education that values the unique strengths and talents of each student. Our dedicated team of educators and staff are committed to providing a well-rounded educational experience that not only focuses on academic achievement but also nurtures social-emotional growth and encourages a love for learning.
Throughout the year, I look forward to meeting each of you and working together to ensure the success of your children. I encourage open communication and invite you to reach out with any questions, concerns, or ideas you may have. Together, we can create a supportive partnership between home and school that enhances the educational journey of our students.
As we anticipate the start of the new school year, please stay tuned for upcoming announcements and information to help you and your children have a successful start to the year. I am eager to collaborate with you in making this a rewarding and memorable year for our entire school community.
Thank you for entrusting us with the education and well-being of your children. I am honored to serve as your principal and look forward to a successful school year ahead.
Sincerely,
April Leon, Ed.D.
